The Use of My Single and Double Styles and Their Impact On Learning the Shooting Skill from Jumping in Front of the Handball

The aim of the research is to discover:

The effect of the single and double styles in learning the skill of shooting from jumping in front of the handball. - Identifying the differences between the two styles in the post-test of the performance of the skill in question.

The researcher used the experimental curricula for its suitability to the nature of the research. The sample of the research was the students of the second stage in the Faculty of Physical Education at Koya University، and their number was (58) male and female students، divided into two divisions، and the researcher chose (24) students They were divided into two groups of (12) students per group. The first experimental group studied according to single styles، and the second experimental group studied according to a double styles. The percentage of the sample was (41.37%). As for the research tools، it was represented by the specific skill test in handball (testing the accuracy of shooting from jumping forward)، After completing the application of the educational units، the post-test was conducted، and after data collection، unloading and processing by appropriate statistical means، the researcher reached a set of conclusions: -

Teaching by my single and double styles were effective in learning the skill of shooting from jumping forward، as the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the tribal and remote measurements، in favor of the dimensional measurements.

In light of the conclusions، the researcher recommended:

Using the single and double styles in teaching the skill in question، because of their high effectiveness and impact on learning.
