The Role of Organizational Culture in Enhancing Competitive Excellence
A survey study of the opinions of faculty members and employees at the University of Raparin in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq

The goal of this research is to study the role of the organizational culture of faculty members staff and employees at Raparin University throughout its dimensions represented by collaboration، teamwork، values، organizational obligations، and beliefs for reinforcement the competitive excellence that includes academic performance، University reputation، uses of technologies، and innovation.
The study addressed the relationship between an independent variable (organizational culture) and the dependent variable (competitive excellence) through questions about correlation، impact، and variance، and checking these relations. The theoretical framework was designed and the researchers distributed (230) questionnaire forms، (80) of them directly and (150) of them electronically after follow up we retrieved just (178) forms. However، after checking (12) invalid questionaries were excluded، and (166) forms for statistical analysis.
The statistical analysis was conducted by (SPSS) version 27 and the results showed a strong positive significant relation between the independent variable (organizational culture) and dependent variable (competitive excellence) at the macro and micro levels. In light of these results، the researchers recommended maintaining excellent organizational culture and working to improve it continuously. Furthermore، focusing on the use of recent technologies in science research and academic performance development.
