Copyright Policies
The Raparin Journal of Humanities (RJH) upholds the principles of open and ethical access to academic research. Authors who publish with RJH retain full copyright ownership of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. This arrangement ensures both the protection of the author’s intellectual property and the widest possible dissemination of scholarly work.
By submitting a manuscript to RJH, authors agree that, upon acceptance, their work will be published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, unless otherwise stated. This license allows others to share and adapt the work freely, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s) and the source, and that any changes made are clearly indicated. Also, authors are responsible for the correct citation for their study paper. With proper citation, anyone may use, share, or reproduce the article in any format, provided the original source is clearly acknowledged.
All authors must ensure that their manuscripts do not infringe upon any existing copyrights and that any third-party materials (such as images, tables, or data) included in their work have the necessary permissions for publication. As Raparin Journal of Humanities, we bear no responsibility for copyright violations that are committed by authors.
RJH reserves the right to make minor editorial changes for formatting and style consistency without altering the original meaning or content of the work.
