Appeals and Complaints Policy

The Raparin Journal of Humanities (RJH) is committed to ensuring fairness, transparency, and integrity throughout the publication process. Authors, reviewers, and readers have the right to raise concerns or appeal decisions if they believe that the process has not been handled properly or in line with the journal’s policies. Authors who wish to appeal an editorial decision should submit a written request to the Editorial Office, explaining clearly the reason for the appeal and providing any supporting information. The Editor-in-Chief or an independent member of the Editorial Board who was not involved in the original decision will review the appeal. After careful consideration, a final and binding decision will be made.

Complaints concerning the editorial process, reviewer conduct, publication ethics, or any other aspect of journal management should also be submitted in writing to the Editorial Office. All complaints are handled confidentially, fairly, and as quickly as possible. If necessary, an independent committee may be appointed to investigate the matter. RJH ensures that all appeals and complaints are treated respectfully and resolved according to the highest standards of academic integrity, professionalism, and fairness.
