بهپێی ئهنجامی ههندێک له توێژینهوهکان له وڵاتانی ڕۆژئاوایی، پهیوهندییهکی ئهرێنی ههیه لهنێوان دینداریی و بهشدارییکردن له سیاسهتدا پاڵپشت بهو بیرۆکهیهی که بوونه ئهندام له دامهزراوهو ڕێکخراوه ئاینییهکان، هاموشۆکردنی شوێنهکانی پهرستن، پابهندبوون به ئهرک و بۆنه ئاینییهکان و ..تاد، سهرچاوهن بۆ سازدانی تاکهکان لهڕووی مهدهنی و بهشدارییکردنیان له سیاسهتدا. سهرباری ئهو تێڕوانین و ئهنجامانهش، بهپێی ئهنجامهکانی بهشێک لهو ڕووپێوو و توێژینهوانهی له ههندێ وڵاتی رۆژههڵاتی ناوین لهمبارهیهوه ئهنجامدراون، تا ڕاددهی دینداریی تاکهکان زیاتر بێت، کهمتر بهشداریی له سیاسهتدا دهکهن. ئامانجی ئهم توێژینهوهیهش، وهسف و شیکردنهوهی پهیوهندی نێوان دینداریی و بهشدارییکردنه له سیاسهتدا له ههريمی کوردستان؛ بۆ ئهم مهبهستهش نمونهیهکی 354 کهسی لهسهنتهری شارهکانی ههولێر، سلێمانی و دهۆک بهشێوهی ههرهمهکی هێشوویی فرهقۆناغ وهرگیراوه لهپێناو کۆکردنهوهی زانیاریی پێویست بهشێوهیهکی چهندایهتی. لهوپێناوهشدا پێوهرێک بهکارهێنراوه که جگه له ڕهگهز، تهمهن، ئاستی خوێندهواریی و باری هاوسهرداریی، 19 پرسیارو بڕگهی تایبهت به پێوانهکردنی دینداریی و بهشداریی سیاسی لهخۆدهگرێت. بهپێی ئهو ئهنجامانهش که توێژینهوهکه پێیان گهیشتووه، پهیوهندیی دینداریی تاکهکان به بهشدارییان له سیاسهتدا نهرێنی یه: جۆر و ئاراستهی پهیوهندییهکهش، بهپێی شێوهکانی بهشداریی سیاسی ناگۆڕێت.
